CALCULATE YOUR COMMISSIONS IN SECONDS
This tool allows you to quickly and accurately calculate the commissions you will receive from property sales and eGOaS marketing. Simply fill in the required fields to get a detailed breakdown of your earnings, including the owner representation fee and earnings from direct and indirect eGOaS sales.
Calculator Fields:
✅ Property Sales Value: This corresponds to the total price at which the property will be sold.
✅ Agent's Commission for representation : Amount that the real estate agent will receive for the sale of the property, after deducting the payment for his real estate agency.
✅ Number of eGOaS sold directly: Number of shares (eGOaS) that the agent sold directly to clients from its own portfolio.
✅ Number of eGOaS sold indirectly: Number of shares (eGOaS) that the agent managed to sell to clients referred by other eGOa agents.
✅ Value of 1 eGOa: Represents the value of each share of the property, calculated by dividing the total sale price by 8. This value does not include reserve funds or remodeling costs, which are part of the operation after the purchase and sale of the property.
Note: The total sum of eGOaS sold, whether direct or indirect, cannot exceed 8 shares, as this is the maximum number available per property.
