Data deletion request

You decide about your information. Here is how to ask us to delete the data we obtained through Meta platforms.

If you would like eGOa to delete the data it has obtained through our integrations with Meta platforms (such as your Facebook or Instagram account, WhatsApp messages or advertising campaign data), you can request it as follows.

What data it covers

FacebookData from your Facebook account
InstagramData from your Instagram account
WhatsAppMessages you sent us on WhatsApp
AdvertisingAdvertising campaign data

How to request it

  1. Send an email to:

    operaciones@egoa.app

  2. In the subject line, write:

    Data deletion request

  3. In the body of the email, include:

    • Your full name
    • The email address or identifier you used when you signed up with eGOa

Send your request now

We open your email app with the subject and a template ready. Just fill in your details and send.

We receive your requestIt reaches our privacy team.
We verify your identityTo protect your information, we confirm the request is yours.
We delete your dataWe remove your personal information from our systems within a maximum of 30 business days.
We confirmWe send you a confirmation once the process is complete.
