eGOa, Security

Designed not to ask for your trust.

Trust that's asked for can be betrayed. Trust that's structured can't. Here's the complete architecture: where every coin travels, who watches whom, and which documents you hold before you sign.

01, Anatomy of your investment

Every coin leaves a trail. This is the route.

Five movements, each with the party responsible and the evidence that stays in your hands. eGOa appears only once, and never touching your money.

1

You transfer

Straight to the trust's collection account, never to an eGOa account. Your receipt must show the trust's name: check it.

Your evidenceYour deposit receipt to the trust
2

It's held in custody

Your funds go into an autonomous estate: separate from eGOa's assets, from the trust company's and from any third party's.

Your evidenceYour project's trust documentation
3

It's released against milestones

The trust can only do what its contract orders: funds are released against verifiable progress, not against trust. If the milestone doesn't happen, the money doesn't move.

4

The home is protected

The property lives as trust assets held for the co-owners, not on eGOa's balance sheet.

5

Your stake is formalized

You sign the instruments that define your rights, obligations, rules and exit. What we discussed is what gets signed, and what's signed is what counts.

02, What a trust is, in plain words

A legal vault that not even we can open.

01Your stakeat the core 02Autonomous estateseparate from everything 03Trust company · SBSsupervised custody 04Rules and documentssigned

eGOa manages from the outside, never from inside the vault.

  • 01
Autonomous estateThe trust's assets form a separate estate: they don't belong to eGOa or to the trust company, and they aren't liable for the debts of either one.
  • 02
Regulated trust companyWhoever holds and manages the trust is a trust company supervised by Peru's Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and Pension Funds (SBS), not eGOa.
  • 03
Unchangeable purposeThe trust can only carry out what its contract orders, for the benefit of the co-owners. Nobody —not even eGOa— can divert it from its purpose.
  • 04
AccountabilityThe trust company reports on its management of the estate, and eGOa runs the co-ownership with open books in the app.

In Peru, trusts are regulated by the General Law of the Financial System (Law No. 26702). It isn't a promise from eGOa: it's a legal structure that has been in force for more than twenty-five years, and you can check it yourself.

03, The interrogation

Ask these questions to anyone who wants your money. Including us.

These are the six questions that separate a serious structure from a pretty promise. Here are our answers, and how to verify each one.

Which account do I transfer to?
To the trust's collection account. Never to an eGOa account; if anyone asks you otherwise, it isn't eGOa. Verify it: the account holder on your receipt is the trust
Who watches whoever holds my money?
The trust company that holds the trust is supervised by the SBS. eGOa structures and manages the co-ownership, but doesn't hold funds. Verify it: the SBS public registry of supervised companies
And if eGOa disappears?
The home isn't part of eGOa's assets: it's trust assets held for the co-owners, and each project's contracts provide for the continuity of its management. The structure is designed to outlive us. Verify it: in your project's legal sheet, before signing
Where is my exit written down?
In your project's transfer and exit conditions, which you receive in writing before buying, not after. No exit document, no signature. Verify it: ask for it, it's part of your legal sheet
Can they promise me returns?
No. Nobody can. At eGOa every scenario of appreciation, savings or income is projected, and we always say so, in writing and out loud. Be wary of anyone who guarantees returns. Verify it: our non-negotiable rules, right below
Can I see what the money is spent on?
Yes. Open books in the app: management, expenses and availability, visible to every co-owner, all year round. Verify it: ask for an app demo in your session
Our non-negotiable rules, made public
  1. We never say "guaranteed". Every return, appreciation or saving is projected, and presented as a projection.

  2. Your money never passes through eGOa accounts. Always straight to the trust.

  3. If a number isn't on your sheet, it doesn't exist. Prices, fees and conditions are in writing before you sign.

04, Who does what

Four players. Separate powers.

You
The owner

You decide, transfer to the trust, sign your instruments and live in the home. Everything else exists to protect you.

The trust company
Custody · supervised by the SBS

Manages the trust: holds the funds, verifies milestones and answers for the autonomous estate. It's independent from eGOa.

The trust
The vault

An autonomous estate where the funds and the property live, with an unchangeable purpose for the benefit of the co-owners. Nobody can divert it.

eGOa Capital
The architect and manager

Structures each project, runs the co-ownership and reports with open books. Never holds your money.

05, Before you sign

The documents you hold in your hand before putting in a single dollar.

Document A

Project legal sheet

What exactly you acquire, how your stake is formalized, and under which trust structure the property lives.

Document B

Co-ownership rules

Calendar and fairness algorithm, rules of use and living together, management and community funds.

Document C

Transfer and exit conditions

How, when and under what conditions you can transfer or sell your stake, and how it's inherited.

Document D

Numbers sheet

Price per share, monthly fee, funds set up and every associated cost. If it's not here, it doesn't exist.

"Read it with your lawyer. A decision this size is signed once it's understood, not in a hurry."
